The CNA\/GNA is responsible to the director of nursing \/ RN supervisor. The CNA\/GNA is under the direct supervision of the RN for providing Quality Care by: cannot give medication but can remind patients about medication time.<\/p><ul><li>Providing personal care and assisting with hygiene, including necessary baths, oral hygiene, shampoo<br \/>and changing bed linen.<\/li><li>Assist with all activities of daily living such as meal preparations, and Lighthouse keeping.<\/li><li>Takes and Records temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure with appropriate skills and <br \/>competency.<\/li><li>Maintaining cleanliness of a signed client and work area<\/li><li>Functioning in an effective manner in emergency situations\u00a0<\/li><li>Carrying out basic patient care procedure safely, accurately and according to agency protocol.<\/li><li>report all complaints and grievance made by the client.<\/li><li>Report and document all incidents, report in a timely manner.<\/li><li>Use only authorized abbreviations established by the family\/facility
